Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety therapy in London.

Anxiety can show up in many ways: persistent worry, a sense of dread, panic, social unease, difficulty sleeping, or feeling on edge much of the time. It can also take the form of overthinking, perfectionism, or a quiet exhaustion from holding everything together.

I offer one-to-one anxiety therapy for adults in London, from a quiet consulting room near Old Street. My approach is humanistic and relational, which means I pay close attention to what you are experiencing now and how it has developed over time. We work at your pace, exploring the patterns beneath the symptoms rather than simply trying to manage them away.

Therapy for anxiety is not about forcing change. It is about understanding why your mind and body have learned to respond in this way, and gradually creating more room to breathe, think, and relate to yourself and others with less fear.

Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly. The first step is a complimentary 30-minute call by Zoom or telephone, so we can discuss what has brought you here and whether we might be a good fit to work together.
